Sequoia National Forest (August 19)


On our drive to Ron and Louise in Merced we drove through the Sequoia National Forest. The rod was extremely windy. We drove off the main road only to go see the famous General Sherman Tree which is supposed to be the largest living tree and over two centuries old.

The drive was extremely meandering with 15 mph or even 10 mph curves common
