Yellowstone National Park (August 25)
Our overnite stay at Idaho Falls put us within a few hours of Yellowstone. The route to Yellowstone ran past a view of the Grand Tetan Mountains and then once we entered Yellowstone park the path to Old Faithfull had many roads still under repair or were gravel but we made it fine. After we left Yellowstone we drove to Buffalo Wyoming staying at Sure Stay, Best Western Plus. This put us closer to South Dakota where our visits would be the next day.
